Overview

Subscription Manager helps users manually track subscriptions, renewal dates, trial dates, reminders, widgets, and spending summaries. We design the app to collect only the information needed to operate, improve, and support the app.

Information You Add to the App

You may enter subscription names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, icons, colors, and optional notes. This subscription tracking data is stored locally on your device using Apple's local storage frameworks. We do not require a user account, bank login, or financial institution connection.

Data We May Collect

App interaction events, such as onboarding completion, paywall views, purchase button taps, subscription creation actions, feature usage, ad presentation events, and non-personal error events.
Approximate app diagnostics, crash reports, device/app version details, and performance data needed to identify and fix stability issues.
Advertising-related identifiers and ad interaction data may be processed by Google AdMob to request, deliver, measure, and improve ads.
Purchase status information made available by Apple StoreKit, such as whether premium access is active. Payment processing is handled by Apple.
Notification permission state may be checked on device so the app can explain whether renewal reminders can be delivered.

Why We Use Data

To provide core app features, including reminders, widgets, subscription limits, and premium access.
To understand which screens and flows are working well without collecting subscription names, notes, or financial account credentials.
To diagnose crashes, errors, and reliability problems.
To configure app behavior remotely, such as free subscription limits, paywall behavior, ad unit IDs, ad frequency, and legal/support links.
To show ads and measure ad performance where ads are enabled.

Third-Party Services

Subscription Manager uses Firebase services provided by Google:

Firebase Analytics for app usage analytics and product improvement.
Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and stability diagnostics.
Firebase Remote Config for remote feature configuration and default app values.
Firebase Hosting for this website and legal/support pages.

Subscription Manager may also use Google AdMob to load and display app-open, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP-derived approximate location, ad request metadata, impressions, clicks, and diagnostic data according to Google's advertising and privacy policies.

Firebase may process diagnostic identifiers, app instance identifiers, device information, crash logs, and analytics events according to Google's Firebase terms and privacy documentation.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

Analytics and ad events are designed to avoid personal subscription content. We do not send subscription names, notes, bank credentials, or precise financial account data in analytics events. Crash reports may include technical diagnostic details that help identify app defects.

Subscriptions and Payments

If the app offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscription status may be checked in the app to unlock premium features.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited technical, usage, diagnostic, and advertising-related data with Google services only for analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, hosting, ad delivery, measurement, and app operation purposes.

Data Retention

Subscription entries remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Firebase analytics, crash diagnostic data, and AdMob advertising data are retained according to Google service settings and Google policies.

Your Choices and Rights

You can edit or delete subscription entries inside the app.
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
You can control Apple advertising tracking permission and personalized advertising choices in iOS Settings where available.
You can request support, ask privacy questions, or request deletion help by emailing abhi.shingala19@gmail.com.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Children's Privacy

Subscription Manager is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
