Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Subscription Manager, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the App Does

Subscription Manager helps you manually track recurring subscriptions, trial dates, renewal reminders, widgets, and spending summaries. The app is an organization tool and does not connect to banks, cancel subscriptions on your behalf, or provide financial advice.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription details you enter.
• You are responsible for managing, cancelling, or modifying real subscriptions with the original service provider or Apple.
• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected portions, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

Subscription Manager may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases for premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Prices, trial availability, renewal periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple policy.

Premium Features and Remote Configuration

Some limits, premium features, and ad behavior may be adjusted with Firebase Remote Config, including free subscription limits, paywall behavior, ad unit IDs, and ad frequency. We may update feature availability to improve the app, comply with policy, or maintain service quality.

Advertising

The app may show Google AdMob ads, including app-open, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Ads should not be used to mislead users or interrupt critical tasks. Rewarded ads, when offered, require user choice before a reward is granted.

Notifications

Renewal and trial reminders depend on device settings, notification permissions, date accuracy, and iOS delivery behavior. We cannot guarantee every reminder will be delivered at an exact time.

Spending summaries are informational only. The app does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed cancellations, renewal charges, lost data, or lost profits.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
